    I love to feel the burn of doing over 400 sit ups a day it is just the best feeling of pushing myself. My hot girlfriend loves to see my ripped abs and feel me up. After i do all these sit ups and feel that hot burn i go lift very heavy weights and then oil myself up for sex with my very hot girlfriend.

    May i say somethign abut what loads of people have said. Yes, putting your feet under soething like a sofa, or a door, does help restrain the feet, but also takes some pressure of the abs. i can do around 100 sit ups without the sofa, yet i could do i think it was about 145 or something in that range with hte sofa, cuz u found you are using your feer/legs to pull you up, adn not the muscles

    @izlude2 What you can do is, perform sit-ups but don’t go all the way, half of the complete sit-up is a good start, you can work your way up from there.
    Gonna take you longer though

    i’m WAAAAY outta shape… too much computer…. I can’t even do 1 of these. is there like a “pre-sit up” that can get me conditioned before doing real sit ups?… like putting my hands on my bottom and guiding myself up slowly? i dunno…. aaaah i’m dying!!!

    @bonsaaai
    yeah but then you’re not really working the abs unfortunately, b/c you’re using the extra resistance to pull yourself up.

    he probably wasnt trying to intentionally deceive you, i would bet hes just that clueless. i dont know if thats better or worse, but at least now you know to double check for yourself anything he says

  22. #22 by bonsaaai on April 23, 2010 - 12:03 pm

    put your feet under your bed or sofa..thats what i usually do

  23. #23 by LimpLoser on April 23, 2010 - 1:02 pm

    Another way not to do a sit up is too perform the sit up from a moving train.

    i looked it up and you are right..

    that’s very depressing to hear since that’s what a trainer at my gym told me, although im not using a trainer, maybe he told me that so i wouldn’t see results without him?

    if so that’s a pretty fucking lame thing to do

    read a textbook. losing fat mass for the most part is calories in vs. calories out. high intensity exercise, like intervals and hill sprints, burn more calories and have a much higher EPOC than low intensity, steady-state cardio. the idea of a “fat-burning” zone is a myth that keeps people fat.
