like 10 glasses a day! flavoured water is ok and so is diet soft drinks!
exercises in the morning. it can only be walking if you want. this speed up for metabolism for the rest of the day.
eat 5 meals a day. no snacking. and not to muc fast food
drink lots
if you walk for 1 hour you burn 200Kcal and if your really fast you will burn 250+!
also buy weight slimming pills. they contain the hormones that burn fat

its one of the best exercises. but ppl go to JDCav24, creator of AthLEAN-X. This guy has a legit 12 weeks to sick/toned abs. I use his ab program and it works! of course, u gotta eat right and plenty of sleep
